The IT HelpDesk provides robust, courteous and highly-reliable technology infrastructure support to students, faculty, administrators and staff. They can change their password, unlock their account (accounts are automatically locked if the number of invalid passwords exceeds a threshold), and reset their password if they forgot it (via Security questions or SMS Text verification), Employees can manage settings such as their primary Campus location and Room Number. Password Manager allows employees and students to manage their MATC network accounts. Students, faculty and staff can find books and journals, watch online videos (including Films On Demand) and browse research guides. MATC Libraries serves as a virtual guide to the libraries at MATC’s Downtown Milwaukee, Oak Creek, Mequon, and West Allis campuses. Employees can use the app to schedule appointments with students, send a group message to all of the majors in their program and refer students to services across the college. View a student’s major, sequence of courses, performance in critical courses and academic status. EAB Navigate (for employees)ĮAB Navigate gives employees quick and easy access to student information. EAB Navigate Student is available in the Google Play Store for Android devices, the App Store for iOS devices, or use the web platform on your desktop or mobile device. EAB Navigate (for students)ĮAB Navigate Student is a one-stop shop to view grades, schedules, administrative requests and more. The Self-Service system allows students to plan and register for classes (Student Planning), view financial aid (Financial Aid), pay tuition (Student Finance), track grades (Grades), sign up for direct deposit of student refunds (Banking Information), and download various tax forms (Tax Information). To see classes by subject, simply click on ‘Subject Search.’ To enroll in classes, students must access and log on to the Self-Service site. Students can use this link to search for and find classes that meet their needs and pique their interests. They are used to send important information to employees and serve as the primary means of communicating with fellow employees, instructors, staff, students and college services. MATC employee Gmail accounts are the college’s employee email accounts. Through MATC Gmail accounts, students have access to Google Apps to create documents and store files. This portal also provides an entry point to Colleague Self Service and Colleague (MATC's student information and enterprise resource planning systems). MyMATC is MATC's portal application that is used for current students, faculty and staff to view a wide range of institutional information. Instructors utilize Bb Learn for course syllabuses and other resources. Students use Bb Learn to access content for all courses - those delivered online and face-to-face. Blackboard (Bb Learn)īlackboard (Bb Learn) is the official Learning Management System (LMS) at MATC. Many of these sites will require you to use your MATC login and password.
